Ignores whitespace in the <Value> element.

When comparing this will ignore the order in which configuration flags are found when displayed in the <Value> element.
arch
Used in the Audit system only, will ignore the architecture found to allow for writing both 32 and 64bit audit rules.
import
This is the basic ignore flag. If import is found in the <Ignore> element the control will not be remediated by ConfigOS. This is useful for potential changes that could lock users out of a system and for scan only rules where remediation will not apply.
