SteelCloud ShareFile Reset Password

This article will show how to reset your SteelCloud ShareFile Password

 Instructions

1. Click the “Forgot Password: link on the login page located at steelcloud.sharefile.com

   Open

   

2. Enter the e-mail account associated with your account.

   Open

   

3. You will receive an e-mail from ShareFile Support<donotreply@steelcloud.com> with a link to reset your password. The link is actrive for 30 minutes.

4. The link will take you to the password reset page.

5. Once a new password has been chosen you will be able to login.
